This one big day is a cohesive effort to promote the ecosystem of startup support across the state. We team up the make it easy for founders to see who's in their region, what do they invest in, share stories and education, and offer a space and time to convene and network around topics of innovation. Please see our expanded “greater venture” terminology and that we are inclusive to promoting the greater venture ecosystem of startup support made up of: VCs, incubators, accelerators, universities, etc.
We also include chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, and cities who want to promote any startup or startup investor-related offering.

This is an event hosted by the Texas Venture Alliance, which is a nonprofit that co-creates resources, events, such as the Texas Venture Newsletter and Texas Venture Fest's sister signature event, the Texas Venture Gala & Forum. This is a fundraiser to be able to continue to offer a statewide network of support, provide leadership opportunities that help offer areas of collaboration that expand beyond city limits.

Startups, potential LPs, and potential partners are able to checkout the organizations promoted on the Texas Venture Crawl, so you’ll get many people coming up to your location who want to learn more.
As this is a fundraiser as well, your participation is greatly appreciated and any involvement with us is an investment in a resource across the state’s startup and venture community.
A major benefit of participating is that not only do we promote your organization on that date, but we promote your firm for a year duration.

Yes, while for the most part we’re are not promoting startups at the Texas Venture Fest-- if a startup is promoted at an accelerator’s booth via fliers and other materials, that is a great way to help support and provide value-add to CEOs.

When the state’s ecosystem of entrepreneurs are supported regionally, as well as being connected across the state, everyone benefits. Texas Venture Fest promotes cities literally and figuratively all on the same page to come together and promote Texas innovation.

We partner with chambers of commerce, economic development corporations, and cities to feature what their region is known for in terms of: the startup/entrepreneur scene, venture/investing community, and the general business climate. A few examples are here: Round Rock, El Paso, Kerrville, Buda, and more.
